Personal trainer Pete Griggs is 30 years old and has been training people for the last 9 years. He has worked with people of all level of fitness, people starting, athletes, slimmed down over weight people, bulked up skinny ones and keeps models and celebrities in shape. Pete got into health and fitness in his teens then went on to study sports science at university. After graduating Pete worked in a few gyms and a tennis academy before leaving to setup up his own business.

Since he has started Pete has helped over 200 people get the body and lifestyle they want. He will take anybody on as a client, the more challenging the better, all he asks for is a willingness to stick with the training and a commitment to keep improving yourself. Fully insured and registered with REPS.
